Questions about consigning
What is consignment?
You keep owning the unit while we sell it for you. We list it, answer the buyers and take them through the sale, on terms we agree with you first.
What do you need from me?
What it is, the year, make and model, the kilometres for a truck, and photos. The VIN, an asking price and condition notes help; we ask for anything else when we call.
Is there a cost?
We go through the terms with you before anything is agreed.
Do I have to know the price?
No. Leave the asking price blank if you’re not sure, and we talk it through when we call.
What if there’s still a loan on it?
Tell us in the form. A unit with a lien can still be sold: the lien has to be paid out as part of the sale, and we go through the paperwork with you.
Can I send more photos later?
Yes. Send what you have now, and we tell you how to send the rest when we call.
Can I sell it to you instead?
Yes. Use the sell or trade-in form and we call you with next steps.
